The City of Sharon, Pennsylvania is an entitlement community under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG). In compliance with HUD regulations, the City of Sharon prepares its Program Year (PY) Annual Action Plans (AAP) for the period of October 1st to September 30th of each year. The Annual Action Plan is a strategic guideline for the implementation of the City's housing, community, and economic development activities to address the priority needs and specific goals identified by the Consolidated Plan.
