The City of Sharon’s Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) is a mandatory annual report to HUD on the actions and achievements the City accomplished in the recent CDBG Program Year for the period of October 1st to September 30th. The CDBG Program and activities outlined in the CAPER principally benefited low- and moderate-income persons and funding was targeted in neighborhoods where there is the highest percentage of low- and moderate-income residents and was administered by the City of Sharon’s Community Development Office.
