The Sharon Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at 5:30 PM in City Council Chambers, Sharon Municipal Building, 155 West Connelly Blvd. Sharon, PA.  The public hearing is for two appeals: 
(1) A zoning denial issued to State Property Management and Construction, LLC, for the property located at 150 Smith Avenue; the proposed use is not permitted in the R-1 Zoning District, and (2) A zoning denial issued to Hugh J. Garvey III, Trustee of the Hugh J. Garvey III Declaration of Trust for the property located at 1283 Ashton Road; the proposed use does not meet lot, yard, area and height requirements.
