LEGAL NOTICE

The Sharon Zoning Hearing Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, February 12, 2026 at 5:30 PM in the North Sharon Fire Hall, 469 Thornton Street, Sharon, PA 16146. The Public Hearing is regarding an appeal for a variance from R B & G Entertainment, LLC for the property located at 1208 Hall Avenue.  The proposed use is not permitted in a C-2 Zoning District; appealing Zoning Ordinance Table 306.10. for a C-2 Local Business District. The request is a variance to permit a start-up church in an empty section of the building.
