The Sharon Code Appeals Board will hold a Reorganization Meeting followed by a Public Hearing on Thursday, May 7, 2026 at 5:30 PM. The Meeting will be held at the City Council Chambers in the Sharon Municipal Building, 155 W. Connelly Blvd Sharon, PA 16146. The Public Hearing is an appeal filed by Janet Follmeyer, daughter of late Charlotte Follmeyer, appealing the condemnation of the property situated at 523 A Street Sharon, PA 16146 (2024 International Property Maintenance Code Section 109.1). The request is to uncondemn the property while the estate is being finalized.
