The Sharon Code Appeals Board will hold a Reorganization Meeting followed by a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 25, 2026 at 5:30 PM in Council Chambers at the Sharon Municipal Building, 155 W. Connelly Blvd, Sharon, PA 16146.

The Public Hearing is regarding an appeal filed by Janet Follmeyer, daughter of late Charlotte Follmeyer, appealing the condemnation (2024 International Property Maintenance Code Section 109.1) of the property situated at 523 A Street, Sharon, PA 16146. The request is to stall the condemnation proceedings until the estate of Ms. Follmeyer is finalized.
