The Sharon Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on June 18, 2026, at 5:30 PM in Council Chambers at the Sharon Municipal Building, 155 W. Connelly Blvd, Sharon, PA 16146.

The Public Hearing is regarding an appeal from Area Community Theatre of Sharpsville, Inc., appealing Zoning Ordinance Section 504, for a variance on the property situated at 40 S Irvine Avenue, Zoning District I. The request is to receive a variance for the height and square footage of a proposed sign.
