Connelly Blvd Sharon, PA 16146. The Public Hearing is for an appeal filed by Raymond Guiney, appealing the condemnation (2024 International Property Maintenance Code, Section 109.1) and demolition (2024 International Property Maintenance Code, Section 111.1) notices for the property situated at 478 South Oakland Avenue, Sharon, PA 16146.
