The Sharon Code Appeals Board will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, April 13, 2023, at 6:00 PM. The Meeting will be held at City Council Chambers in the Sharon Municipal Building, 155 W. Connelly Blvd Sharon, PA 16146. The Public Hearing is regarding an appeal from Cathleen Fisher, appealing the condemnation and demolition of her property at 318 New Castle Ave Sharon, PA 16146 (2018 International Property Maintenance Code Section 108.1, 108.1.3, 108.2, and 110.3). The request is to appeal the demolition of the property.
