LEGAL NOTICE

The Sharon Zoning Hearing Board will hold a Reorganization Meeting, followed by one Public Hearing on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at 5:30 PM at City Council Chambers in the Sharon Municipal Building, 155 W. Connelly Blvd, Sharon, PA 16146. The Public Hearing is regarding an appeal from Kevin Shearer d/b/a Shearer Properties, LLC and Frank Negrea III d/b/a Freewillin Skills, appealing the property at 1229 North Sharpsville Avenue as a not permitted use in a Zoning District M-1; appealing Zoning Ordinance Section 306.  The request is to open a skill games room.
