In accordance with its Citizen Participation Plan, the City of Sharon, PA has prepared its PY 2025 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) as required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). This report describes the level of assistance provided to low- and moderate-income persons through the Federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program for the period of October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026.

All interested parties are encouraged to review the CAPER. Comments on the City’s performance will be accepted by Thursday, October 29, 2026.
The City intends to submit the PY 2025 CAPER to HUD on or before Monday, December 28, 2026.
